What is a hook-lift 402 Container?
We use a hook-lift system to carefully place the container in your location. Whether it is a residential driveway or a construction site, we are able to precisely place the container exactly where it needs to be. We can fit in tight spaces and limit contact with the ground surface. Competitors using a roll-off cable system need to line up perfectly and then drag the wheels on the concrete more, risking damage to the surface.
What are the benefits of a 402 Container?
- They are great for construction and demolition debris.
- Great for hauling away debris from a remodel
- Improve your curb appeal and remove large amounts of yard waste.
- Spring & Fall cleanup
- Get your home ready to sell by cleaning out all your household junk. Improve your home’s listing value by de-cluttering.
- Garage clean up – time to purge.
How high can I fill the 402 Container?
Each container is clearly marked with a Fill Line. That Fill Line is the top of the dumpster. Filling above that line causes dangerous hazards during transportation and makes it difficult for us to tarp the load down. If you need an additional container, please let us know and we can deliver what you need. Additional charges will be levied if the container is over filled.

Placement of container
We will place the container based on the detailed instructions you leave us when booking. We will do our best to not cause any damage to the surface or surroundings. However, we will not be responsible for any damage that may be incurred to a surface.
Do I need a Permit or Permission?
Your City, County, or Homeowners Association may have some specific rules or policies for the placement of our containers. If we are not placing our container on your private property, be sure to talk to the local officials to be sure you do not need permission or a permit. This must be noted in our online booking system in advance. You will incur a dry run charge if we need to return and move it or even remove it.
